Spring tea, Touchun, Mingqian, Yuqian


Spring tea generally refers to tea leaves harvested from the buds and leaves of the tea tree that first germinate after overwintering. Spring tea, due to the moderate temperature and sufficient rainfall in spring, and the fact that the tea tree has been recuperating for six months in winter, makes the spring tea buds plump, with emerald green color, soft leaves, and rich in vitamins, especially amino acids.
